The campaign image draws its inspiration from the work of artist Pauline Amos and her signature performance “My Flesh My Canvas’ where the audience is invited to paint upon her naked body.

The new work for the campaign by Amos is titled ‘Dedication’ inspired by the story of Dora Thewliss known as the ‘ Baby Suffragette’,

‘the youngest Suffragette was Dora Thewliss, a 16 year old from a Yorkshire mill town, she was imprisoned along with other suffragettes who struggled to gain votes for women; the Suffragettes used their bodies, was all they had, in their protest – To now not use the Vote these women made huge sacrifices for, is wrong; everyone should vote !
